Create a new codebase for a subscription.

Usage
acli api:codebases:create <subscriptionId> <codebase_id> <label> <region>
Arguments
subscriptionId
Required
The entity's unique identifier
codebase_id
Required
The unique identifier for the codebase. This is automatically generated and should not be provided in the request.
label
Required
The label of the codebase. This is a human-readable name for the codebase.
region
Required
The region where the codebase will be created. This must be one of the supported regions for the subscription.
